What are the sensations experienced during my guided meditations, while healing the body?
Guided meditation for healing chakras is a simple but powerful way to bring balance to your mind and body. Chakras are energy centres in your body and when they are blocked or unbalanced, you may feel tired, stressed, or even sick. Meditation helps clear these blockages and restores the natural flow of energy, making you feel lighter, calmer and more connected to yourself.
During a guided meditation session, a soothing voice leads you through relaxing visualisations and breathing exercises. You might be asked to imagine a bright light flowing through each chakra, starting from the base of your spine and moving up to the top of your head. Each chakra has a unique colour and purpose. Focusing on your chakras can help release negative emotions, physical tension and mental stress.
Healing your chakras through guided meditation can improve your overall well-being. It can help with emotional healing, reduce anxiety and even boost your confidence. With regular practice, you may feel more balanced, peaceful and in tune with your inner self. Whether you are a beginner or have meditated before, guided chakra meditation is an easy and effective way to bring harmony to your life.
Everything and everyone is connected through energy vibrations.
Some of the Many Sensations Experienced During Group Guided Meditations with Senka
During my five-week guided meditation courses, participants are gently guided into a deeply restorative state of awareness. Within this space of stillness, many people begin to sense subtle shifts in both body and energy as the practice unfolds. As the meditation moves into the deeper stages of the chakra clearing and scanning the body for healing, I channel the pure earth element energy through the third eye, purging and purify the mind and body via earth frequency. Each person’s experience is unique, yet many participants share similar sensations during my meditations. Below are some of the experiences that people often report during these meditation sessions.
Tingling
A tingling sensation in the hands or feet often indicates the flow of healing energy through the body. If tingling occurs in the head or other areas, it may suggest that the energy is working on blood circulation, scar tissue, or internal healing.
Pulsing
A rhythmic pulsing in any part of the body is often linked to the reduction of inflammation, swelling, or the healing of internal growths.
Pain
Temporary pain can surface during meditation as deep-seated injuries or ailments come to the surface for release. This discomfort is typically short-lived and fades within minutes or hours.
Pulling or Drawing Sensations
A feeling of being pulled, drawn, or dragged often signifies an energetic adjustment to an injury or illness. Strong pulling sensations are sometimes reported during treatments related to cancer, heart conditions, brain disorders, or digestive issues.
Sudden Jolts
A quick jolt or twitch in the body is commonly associated with skeletal adjustments or energetic realignments.
Hot and Cold Fluctuations
Shifts between heat and cold may indicate the body’s temperature and blood pressure adjusting to a more balanced state.
Cold Spots
A cool sensation in a specific area of the body can signal stabilisation of an ailment.
Localised Intense Heat
A pinpointed heat sensation suggests a concentrated healing effect, often experienced in cases of cellular disorders, spinal conditions, or joint issues.
A Warm Embrace
Many describe a sensation of being enveloped in warmth, as the entire body is immersed in healing energy from head to toe.
Excess Body Heat
A sudden rise in body temperature can indicate the body expelling toxins, particularly from organs such as the liver, kidneys, adrenals, spleen, gall bladder and pancreas.
Floating Sensation
A feeling of weightlessness often signals a shift in consciousness. As the mind and body enter deep relaxation, one may feel detached from physical discomfort, allowing for deeper healing.
Lightness
A profound sense of lightness suggests both emotional and physical alignment. Since many illnesses stem from deep emotional disturbances, this feeling is often a precursor to spontaneous healing.
Gurgling or Burping
Some participants report digestive sounds or sensations, often linked to the clearing or balancing of the digestive and intestinal (gut) area of the body.
Momentary Dizziness
A brief sensation of dizziness may indicate adjustments within the endocrine system.
Extreme Heaviness: is commonly felt as the muscles in the body are relaxed by the healing. As tension is released the sense of sinking into the weight of the body can at times be overwhelming but the outcome is wonderful.
Extreme Heaviness
As the muscles release built-up tension, a deep sense of heaviness may be felt, often giving the impression of sinking into the floor, this is deep relaxation within the body. Though it can feel intense, the outcome is a profound sense of relief and wonder.
Numbness or Lack of Sensation
Some individuals may feel nothing at all during meditation. This could indicate emotional numbness, resistance to relaxation, or a subconscious fear of losing control.
Each of these sensations represents a unique aspect of the healing process. While experiences vary from person to person, they all serve as signs that energy is shifting, the body is realigning and deep healing is taking place.
Benefits of Group Healing meditation with Senka
Group healing meditation is a powerful way to relax, connect and heal with others. When people meditate together, their energy combines, creating a strong sense of peace and harmony. This shared energy can make meditation feel deeper and more powerful than meditating alone.
One of the biggest benefits of group healing meditation is emotional support. Being in a group helps you feel connected and less alone in your struggles. Whether you are dealing with stress, sadness, or physical pain, meditating with others can bring comfort and encouragement. The positive energy of the group lifts your spirits and helps you heal faster.
Another benefit is better focus. Sometimes, meditating alone can be hard because your mind keeps wandering. In a group, the collective energy makes it easier to stay present and fully enjoy the meditation experience. The peaceful atmosphere helps you relax and go deeper into your healing journey.
Group healing meditation can also improve your overall well-being. It reduces stress, improves mood and helps balance your emotions. Many people feel more positive, calm and energised after each session. Whether in person or online, joining a meditation group is a great way to heal, grow and connect with others.
